The Department of Internal Medicine and Critical Care at FLENI Institute offers 24-hour emergency services and one of the most developed ICU services in Argentina with a multiprofessional team trained to meet the needs of neurological and neurosurgical patients.
The department provide care to neurological, heart, pulmonary and hematological inpatients, among others. Another fundamental aspect is to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach for inpatient care, with a decisive role in decision-making coordination of medical treatment. The staff includes internal medicine , cardiologist and critical care physician and highly qualified professional nurses.
